Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Motaded platform. By creating an account or using Motaded, you agree to these terms.
1. The Motaded service
Motaded provides a digital workspace for company formation, government-connected operations, documents, requests, and related business services. Individual services may have additional requirements, fees, or terms that will be shown before submission.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must have legal capacity to use the platform. If you use Motaded for a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them and to provide the submitted information and documents.
3. Accounts and identity
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
- Use your own identity and authorized contact details.
- Protect your account, email, devices, and authentication methods.
- Notify Motaded promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
- Saudi citizens and residents may be required to authenticate through Nafath.
4. Acceptable use
You must use Motaded lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
- Do not submit false, misleading, altered, or unauthorized information or documents.
- Do not access another user’s or company’s data without authorization.
- Do not bypass security, tenant isolation, access controls, or usage limits.
- Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt the platform, or misuse integrations.
- Do not use Motaded to violate Saudi law or third-party rights.
5. Government-connected services
Motaded may facilitate requests involving government entities and external systems. Decisions, processing times, availability, and official requirements remain under the control of the relevant entity. Motaded cannot guarantee approval or uninterrupted availability of an external service.
You remain responsible for reviewing submissions and ensuring that information and documents are accurate before they are sent.
6. Fees and payments
Where a service requires payment, applicable platform, professional, and government fees will be disclosed before confirmation where reasonably possible. Government or third-party fees may change independently of Motaded.
7. Documents and records
You retain responsibility for content and documents you provide. You grant Motaded permission to store, process, and transmit them only as needed to provide requested services, maintain records, and comply with law.
8. Intellectual property
The Motaded platform, software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Motaded. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the platform except as expressly permitted by law or written agreement.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, address unpaid amounts, or respond to a material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep Motaded secure and available, but maintenance, technical failures, and external systems may cause interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Motaded is not responsible for losses caused solely by government decisions, external service outages, inaccurate user submissions, or events beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled and forms part of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia unless applicable law requires another process.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
